At Bark and Bubbles, we do not offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the aesthetic outcome of your pet’s grooming. We prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets. In the rare event that your pet is accidentally injured during grooming, we offer a refund policy to cover veterinary costs under the following conditions:

  1. Proof of Injury: You must provide a receipt from the veterinary visit along with before and after photos of the treated area to verify the injury and treatment.
  2. Refund Amount: The refund will cover the amount specified in the vet bill. If the costs exceed the initial grooming service fee, further financial assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Claim Process: To initiate a refund claim, please submit the required documents to our customer service team within 7 days of the grooming session.
